This policy has been adopted by The Transit Lounge in order to comply with the requirements of the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act No 155 of 2000. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to advise subscribers, squatters, triallists, customers, staff members and those applying for positions with The Transit Lounge what kind of information the organisation may collect, how that information may be used, to whom it may bef disclosed, how that information is stored (including security of the information), the processes for correcting information held and the disposal of such information by The Transit Lounge.
